Free technical support is available for 30 days from the date of purchase for installation help.
What is Covered?
- Defective keys that fail to activate during initial setup.
- Keys that are blocked by the manufacturer within 7 days of purchase due to no fault of the user.
- Incorrect product delivery (e.g., receiving Home edition instead of Pro).
What is Not Covered?
- Issues arising from hardware changes (e.g., changing motherboard) for OEM keys.
- Software incompatibility with your system hardware.
- Loss of key due to user negligence (e.g., formatting PC without backing up retail key if applicable).
- Keys that have been successfully activated and used for a prolonged period.
Important Note:
For Antivirus subscriptions, the warranty period is equal to the subscription duration (e.g., 1 Year) against blocking or license revocation.
